Russian President Vladimir Putin said Moscow is exploring the possibility of cooperation with U.S. partners, according to a Jin10-sourced BlockBeats flash published on Oct. 27.
Statement offers no deal details
The report did not specify which U.S. partners were involved, what areas of cooperation were under discussion or whether any agreement had been reached. The statement therefore describes an exploratory possibility rather than a confirmed policy or transaction.
