Change in ownership

Neynar co-founder Rish said the company evaluated multiple offers before transferring the Farcaster app, protocol codebase and related products to Network School. Rish and co-founder Manan are leaving, while the remaining Neynar staff will join Network School to continue working on Farcaster.

Neynar had acquired Farcaster from original developer Merkle Manufactory in January, in a deal that also included token-launch platform Clanker. The report did not disclose terms for either acquisition.
