Dataline, a decentralized data network for AI agents, announced a $10.6 million seed round, BlockBeats reported on Oct. 22. Lattice and Samsung-backed Dispersion Capital co-led the round, with Symbolic Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Anagram and Robinhood co-founder and CEO Vlad Tenev among the participants.
Funding structure and product
BlockBeats said the round closed in April through a SAFE carrying token warrants. Dataline’s valuation was not disclosed. The network is live with about 50 data sources covering on-chain and off-chain information, and uses AI to score data reliability, timeliness and consistency.
The company plans to use the funding to add sources, improve validation and expand into robotics and AI training data. Those plans and the financing details are reported by BlockBeats and were not independently confirmed in the flash.
Planned token sale
Dataline plans to launch a token before the end of 2026 for network payments and data access. BlockBeats said the proposed public sale would run on Base through Uniswap’s continuous clearing auction system, with more details expected the following week. The fundraising target, token amount and other sale terms had not been disclosed.
