An anonymous entity bought 3,000.5 ETH since Oct. 23 and then exchanged the tokens for BTC through THORChain, on-chain analyst Ai 姨 said in a BlockBeats report on Oct. 25.
The report described the entity’s funding source as Tornado Cash and valued the accumulated ETH at about $7.06 million at the time of the observation. The identity and intent of the entity were not established.
Earlier sales and a recent buyback
According to the report, the entity sold ETH in batches at $3,109 in January and $2,679 in September, then bought it back recently at $2,353. Those prices and transfers are observations attributed to Ai 姨’s on-chain monitoring, rather than proof of a trading strategy or future market direction.
