BlockBeats, citing on-chain analyst Ai Yi, reported that an Ethereum ICO whale moved 3,000 ETH worth about $6.94 million to a CEX in the past 24 hours. The report said 47,000 ETH worth about $109 million remained on-chain.
Transfers do not establish a completed sale
Ai Yi also said more than $100 million in stablecoins moved to CEX, market-maker and OTC institutions for unknown purposes. The wallet activity is monitoring attributed to a third party, and the transfers do not by themselves establish completed sales or intent.
