BlockBeats, citing Bloomberg, reported that Hong Kong crypto payment-card company Redotpay is preparing a confidential U.S. IPO filing by year-end and is targeting a valuation of at least $5 billion.
Financing remains under discussion
The report said Redotpay was still discussing pre-IPO financing at a valuation of $4 billion to $5 billion. It also cited public information showing more than 9 million customers, annualized revenue above $180 million and $194 million raised in 2025, with Coinbase and Circle venture arms among its backers.
