Hardware-wallet maker NGRAVE said it is monitoring and responding to an advanced cyber threat, and warned users to be alert for impersonators using messages, emails, notifications, websites or customer-service accounts.
Recovery credentials should stay on the device
NGRAVE said it will never ask for a recovery seed phrase or Perfect Key. During wallet recovery, users should enter those credentials only on the screen of a ZERO device, never on a phone, computer, website or support chat. The notice did not identify a specific attack vector or report that user funds had been compromised.
