On-chain analyst Ember reported that an Ethereum ICO participant moved its remaining 7,594 ETH to Kraken about six hours before publication. The transfer was valued at approximately $17.79 million.
Reported ICO cost and historical proceeds
The whale reportedly subscribed to 200,000 ETH at $0.311 per token, for a total cost of about $62,000. Using a reported historical average selling price of approximately $1,368, BlockBeats calculated that the 200,000 ETH corresponded to roughly $273.6 million.
