Sony is accepting applications through December 2026 for an entertainment incubator focused on projects using the Soneium blockchain. The Sony Onchain Entertainment Incubation Program targets teams developing products such as games, media, digital collectibles and fan experiences.
Selected participants may receive help with technology integration, business development, marketing and ecosystem connections. Sony says participation or selection does not guarantee investment; any investment requires a separate evaluation and decision. Collaboration with Sony businesses also depends on the project and the relevant business unit’s discretion.
Who can apply
Teams must already build on Soneium or have a clear integration plan. Projects using multiple blockchains can apply, and an existing live product is not required.
The application site describes global recruitment subject to local laws and international regulations, while excluding companies based in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, as well as entities in jurisdictions subject to OFAC sanctions.
Soneium’s announcement gives a screening and selection window of November 2026 through March 2027. Sony says selected startups will be contacted individually and announced on a rolling basis after selection.
