Trade.xyz Founder Details ICE Partnership for U.S. Perpetuals

Trade.xyz founder Sergey Shokunin said the company is joining forces with Intercontinental Exchange, the parent of the New York Stock Exchange, to bring Hyperliquid perpetual futures to U.S. regulated markets.

Proposal remains subject to approval

In a public post, Shokunin said the planned market would operate around the clock and support products tied to stocks, commodities, currencies and digital assets. He described the longer-term goal as a “universal exchange” for trading different asset classes in one account.

The post says the U.S. rollout is subject to regulatory approvals. It does not establish an approved launch date, available contracts, pricing or trading access.
