Binance Reported $6.148B Net Outflow as Withdrawals Resumed in Phases

BlockBeats, citing DefiLlama data, reported that Binance recorded a net outflow of $6.148 billion over the prior 24 hours as the exchange phased in withdrawal services.

Withdrawal resumption

The flash said Binance began a phased withdrawal resumption at 14:00 UTC+8 the previous day. It reported that all 15 networks and assets in the initial phase had resumed withdrawals, with withdrawal volumes easing after an initial surge while deposits remained high.

Proof-of-reserves update

According to the report, Binance generated a new proof-of-reserves snapshot on Oct. 31 at 08:00 and began zero-knowledge-proof computation. The updated report was expected on Binance’s PoR website on Nov. 2. The net-flow figure is a point-in-time data snapshot and does not by itself establish the exchange’s solvency or asset-liability position.
