EmberCN Says Pando Rings-Linked Wallet Moved 4,000 ETH Through Tornado Cash

BlockBeats, citing monitoring by EmberCN, reported that a wallet linked by the analyst to the theft of about $22 million from the Pando Rings project moved 4,000 ETH worth roughly $9.22 million through Tornado Cash.

Reported transaction sequence

EmberCN said the wallet had spent 16.98 million DAI to buy 7,548 ETH at an average price of about $2,249 after the market decline linked to the Binance attack. The 4,000 ETH transfer occurred about two hours before the BlockBeats flash was published.
