Strive Buys 124 Bitcoin for $10 Million, Holdings Reach 43,124 BTC

Strive bought 124 Bitcoin for $10 million last week at an average cost of $80,526 per coin, bringing its reported holdings to 43,124 BTC, CEO Matt Cole said in a post cited by BlockBeats.

Purchase used cash and ATM proceeds

The report said existing cash funded most of the purchase. It also described the transaction as Strive’s first use of its SATS at-the-market equity offering, with that program accounting for all of the week’s ATM proceeds.

The figures describe a reported corporate treasury transaction and do not indicate Strive’s future buying plans or a forecast for Bitcoin’s price.
