Binance’s 24-hour net outflow fell to about $3.25 billion from a roughly $7 billion peak, a decline of more than 50%, according to DeFiLlama data cited by BlockBeats on Nov. 3.
Flows and asset position
The report said Binance’s deposit-to-withdrawal ratio had rebounded and that capital-flow conditions improved. It put the exchange’s total assets at approximately $124.4 billion and said withdrawals across networks were gradually resuming.
Binance founder Changpeng Zhao said the exchange had allocated 100% of the funds, with about 5% still awaiting conversion into smaller cryptocurrencies. He also said Binance did not borrow money, sell assets or raise financing, and used its own balance sheet to cover the stolen losses.
The flow and asset figures are a point-in-time DeFiLlama snapshot relayed by BlockBeats, while the funding statements are attributed to CZ; this report does not independently audit either claim.
