The Mercado Bitcoin hacker consolidated 31 altcoins into a new wallet and sold them for about $316,000 in ETH, SpotOnChain monitoring showed, according to BlockBeats.
Stolen funds continue moving
Across multiple wallets, the attacker has converted about 7,988 ETH worth roughly $18.19 million, the report said. The latest transaction adds to the continuing movement of assets linked to the Mercado Bitcoin hack.
BlockBeats did not publish wallet addresses or transaction hashes in the report, so the figures should be read as a monitoring snapshot rather than a complete accounting of the stolen assets.
