Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) reposted its Trade.xyz cooperation announcement with wording that a U.S. market for Hyperliquid-based perpetual contracts is planned and subject to regulatory approvals, BlockBeats reported.
Revised proposal
ICE’s post said it would operate U.S.-regulated versions of Trade.xyz’s markets if approvals are obtained. The proposed venue would sit separately from ICE’s institutional futures franchise and target retail participation, with 24/7 access to crypto, equities, indices, commodities and foreign exchange markets.
Approvals remain pending
The post said users would access the venue through U.S.-regulated futures commission merchants conducting KYC and AML checks, including an ICE-OKX joint venture. ICE and Trade.xyz said they will seek approvals for a KYC-compliant perpetual-contract market and for leveraged trading.
The announcement describes a proposal rather than an approved or launched market. Sources: BlockBeats English flash and ICE’s official post via FxTwitter, published October 31, 2026.
