UBS Strategist Says Market Underestimates AI Cycle, Sees 2027 Return Inflection

UBS strategist Gerry Fowler said investors may be underestimating the AI cycle’s duration and that 2027 could mark a return inflection as data-center revenue catches up with spending, Bloomberg reported, according to BlockBeats.

Where Fowler sees the next beneficiaries

Fowler pointed to cloud providers trading below 20 times earnings while revenue grows 10% to 20% annually. He highlighted European and global industrial suppliers, memory-chip makers and ASML, saying some infrastructure orders extend through 2027 or 2028. The 2027 inflection is Fowler’s scenario, not an independent forecast.
