House of Doge has appointed Curtis Hopkins interim CEO and CFO after Marco Margiotta and Charles Park resigned on October 22, according to an October 26 BlockBeats report citing the company’s October 23 Form 8-K.
Licensing and proposed transactions
BlockBeats said the company ended its previous amended trademark license with the Dogecoin Foundation and MadeUpNumbers Ltd. A new nonexclusive license is limited to designated 21Shares Dogecoin products and new products approved in writing. The company must change its name by December 31, 2026, the report said.
The report also described a binding letter of intent to buy McQueen Labs’ MCQ Markets token platform and microlending business. A separate proposed transfer of Such App assets to ABJ Labs, which operates as Dogecoin Labs, would bring $4 million in Dogecoin Labs shares and had not closed.
