Anthropic’s IPO filing revived AI enthusiasm as semiconductor stocks rebounded, while Bitcoin held near $80,000, BlockBeats reported.
AI and chip shares rebound
BlockBeats said the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index rose about 3%, while the S&P 500 gained 0.70% and the Nasdaq gained 0.82%, ending two-session declines. Brazil volatility and crypto-linked stocks
The report said Brazil’s stocks, bonds and real fell together after Lula unexpectedly won the election. BlockBeats said oil edged lower while the Middle East risk premium persisted. Ahead of the Federal Reserve meeting, HTX quoted Bitcoin at $80,094.20 as the market stayed range-bound around $80,000.
