Anthropic Reports $17B Q3 Revenue in Amended IPO Filing, $104B Accounting Loss

Anthropic’s amended S-1/A reported $17 billion in third-quarter 2026 revenue and $33.242 billion for the first nine months, according to a Nov. 2 BlockBeats report on the company’s SEC filing.

Revenue growth alongside accounting charges

The filing reported a $104.039 billion net loss, with most of it attributed to fair-value changes in convertible notes, derivative liabilities and similar items. BlockBeats described those changes as non-cash accounting charges rather than cash consumption.

Operating loss narrowed to about $1.26 billion for the first nine months, while compute and infrastructure costs reached about $18.8 billion. Anthropic also disclosed roughly $895.4 billion in compute and infrastructure commitments, including about $69.8 billion due within 12 months.
